Agnieszka Piskorz
Director of School
Agnieszka Piskorz is the head of Einstein Primary School and the leader of the Future Pathways programme. She has a background in history, English philology, career coaching and education management, as well as over 20 years of experience in teaching English. She has coordinated international educational projects and programmes for young people, promoting bilingualism and intercultural understanding. She is passionate about supporting the development of creativity, critical thinking and future-oriented skills, helping students discover their potential and shape their educational and career paths. Before joining the Einstein School, she built a bilingualism team and was the headmistress of one of the leading bilingual schools in Warsaw.
Agnieszka Patyk

Aurelia Ćwiertnia
Agnieszka Patyk is a psychologist and a psychotherapist in training. She graduated in Clinical Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw and completed additional studies preparing her for pedagogical work. She is currently taking part in a comprehensive four-year psychotherapy training program at the Dialog School of Psychotherapy, following an integrative-systemic approach. She is a member of the Polish Psychiatric Association and the Scientific Section for Family Therapy.She has gained professional experience at, among others, the Mazovian Centre of Neuropsychiatry, Bielański Hospital, and the Synapsis Foundation. She regularly participates in supervision and develops her professional skills through training and conferences.At Einstein School, she serves as both a psychologist and the Safeguarding Coordinator. She supports students in emotional and developmental difficulties, responds to crisis situations, and collaborates with teachers and parents to build a safe and supportive school environment. She conducts both individual and group sessions. In her work, she is guided by empathy, understanding, and authentic connection, believing that a relationship based on trust is the key to effective support.
Aurelia Ćwiertnia is a bilingual studies teacher at Einstein Primary School. She holds a degree in Business with a focus on management and labor law. She also has an academic background in American Studies, where she explored, social issues, and diversity. Growing up in the international school system, she developed a deep appreciation for intercultural understanding and creative expression. In teaching, she combines critical thinking with creativity, showing how literature and storytelling help us understand ourselves and others. As part of the Safeguarding Team, she supports students’ emotional well-being and help build a school environment based on care, mutual respect and understanding.
